Best Practices & Guidelines for Coordinators & Staff for All Phases

The coordinators and staff at each campus are integral to making the Illinois Medicine Curriculum 'work.' They work in tandem with the faculty to ensure our students have some of the best learning experiences. They work closely with their colleagues at each campus and within their own campus which results in a shared understanding of how to produce a top-tier educational experience for all stakeholders (including themselves!).

In this section, we describe workflows and best practices for coordinators at the three campuses to follow for various tools and services we provide such as: Osmosis, Blackboard, Poll Everywhere, Aquifer, Benware, and Echo360. For general information about some of the technology and other resources we use, see this page.
